The sensible part
Terms.
These terms cover your use of the Undease website and first-drop list.
First-drop access
Joining the list or saving a pair does not create an order. A purchase is confirmed only when checkout is open and you receive an order confirmation.
Prices and products
Prices are shown in NZD. We work to represent every colour and detail accurately, though screens can vary. Availability may be limited by size and design.
Original content
Undease branding, writing and original artwork may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Familiar online references do not imply affiliation with third-party platforms.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand consumer law.
